Cellar Classic

German Whites have been reformatted with Suss Reserve Packs
designed to dramatically enhance the wine characters. Look for them in
CC's German Riesling Auslese, Gewurztraminer, and Piesporter. In store now.

The Winery Series are getting a whole new look and adding two more
styles to the series. The new styles are Rosso Grande Exccelent with grapes
and a Washington Merlot with grapes, available now.

En Primeur

Available now, all En Primeur red wines will come with a new
"Genuwine" grape pack 4 1/2 kg of varietal grapes are dried an packaged ready
to add to the must on the 1st day of fermentation. These will be very big reds
and need lots of ageing.

Cru Select and Cru RQ (Restricted Quantity)

Back by popular demand Cru Orange Chocolate Port. Those of you who were
fortunate to try it last fall know how wonderful this Port is. If you haven't
tried it and like a med sweet port you will love this one. Availble now while
quantities last.

Cabernet Franc Ice Wine is one of the most sought after red ice wines, all
high quality ice wines of this style are normally sold out each year.

Three RQ's from last year will be returning by popular request, the Australian Shiraz-Viognier,
South African Chenin Blanc and Spanish Monastrell Cabernet, available now.

New Products/Equipment

The lightest 23L carboy on the market, clear, looks like glass and better quality that the old white
plastic. A new product from the PET people who make the 500ml plastic bottles. In store now.

Also from PET 361ml clear plastic bottles, great for coolers/ciders and 500ml plastic bottles in clear as
well as our regular green.

Clear Ice Wine bottles 375ml in addition to our Cobalt blue and green styles. Please pre-order these
so you won't be disappointed, normally available 1-2weeks, we will have some in stock.

Premier Cru
A new grape must in a 23 liter format is coming this fall. This is a stable must and
does not require refrigeration. This will be in addition to our fresh juice that we carry
in the fall Sept-Nov.

2 styles both from Australia a Shiraz spelled "Sure-Az" and Chardonnay
